Shania Wyllie, Practice Manager

Shania Wyllie serves as the Practice Manager of Complete Wound Care and is the operational and financial backbone of the organization. She leads all aspects of business operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring the company executes at a high level—efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.

She has direct oversight of clinic operations, regulatory compliance, payroll and compensation structures, and revenue cycle performance. Shania plays a critical role in managing and optimizing reimbursement for advanced wound care therapies, ensuring that clinical excellence is matched with strong financial performance.

With a disciplined, results-driven approach, she builds systems that drive efficiency, holds teams accountable, and ensures that every aspect of the business is aligned with growth and sustainability. Her leadership directly impacts the scalability and long-term success of Complete Wound Care.
Outside of her professional role, Shania enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Wyllie, and their three daughters. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Jaleesa Booker, Practice Coordinator

Jaleesa Booker serves as the Practice Coordinator at Complete Wound Care, where she is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of clinical operations across all locations. She plays a key role in ensuring that the organization runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently at every site.

She oversees clinic scheduling, staffing assignments, and daily workflow management, ensuring optimal coverage and operational efficiency. Jaleesa is also actively involved in recruiting and interviewing new team members, onboarding and training staff, and implementing standardized processes across the practice.

In addition to her coordination responsibilities, she regularly travels between clinic locations to assess workflow performance, identify operational gaps, and implement practical solutions in real time. She manages supply inventory, supports in-service scheduling, and helps maintain consistency in staff education, policies, and workplace standards.

Jaleesa is known for her hands-on approach and willingness to step in wherever needed, including supporting front desk operations to ensure a seamless patient experience. Her attention to detail, organizational strength, and commitment to team performance make her an essential part of the practice’s operational success.
